Manages a team of Site Reliability Engineers who are responsible for delivering defining customer-focused Service Level Agreements across a broad range of cloud services. Strives to consistently achieve SLAs. Designs and implements reliable monitoring and alerting systems. Drives incident resolution and works with individual services owners to continuously improve the reliability of their services. Provides architectural and technical guidance to ensure sound engineering practices are followed. Provides direction and goals to the group and interacts with stakeholders both internal and external. Sets priorities for the team, achieves results across boundaries, ensures an inclusive work environment, develops employees, and manages performance.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:
10+ years managing SW development teams
2+ years managing large scale cloud service; Hands-on debugging of live production systems


Preferred Qualifications:
Experience developing cloud services aimed at developers
Proficiency developing and operating modern AI and graphics workloads
