Major Responsibilities:

• Engage cross-functional and global colleagues in setting up clinical development strategy in related therapeutic area
• Clinical expert in design, conduct and interpret data of clinical trials
• External focus by engaging health authority, thought leaders and partner with academic centers and other pharmaceutical companies

Qualification Requirement:

• Medical doctor AND clinical or preclinical experience in oncology AND pharma clinical development experience in corresponding therapeutic area
• Hand-on experience as clinical research physician in managing study design, ethic committee, study setup, medical monitoring, reporting, data interpretation and publication
• Experience of leading in clinical development strategy for China
• Proven ability of cross-functional collaboration, thought leader networking and global colleague engagement
• Good interpersonal skill, can-do attitude
• Good language skill in English and Mandarin (verbal and written), good computer skill
