Job Description
This position is responsible of managing all the FG supply and distributor management. FG Supply include operation from custom clearance till full release to the market and will be the primary point of Ex-Lilly management based on the demand Planning as well as liaison with upstream Site Planners and local marketing, commercial operations and cross functional team to ensure the compliant supply. Distributor management include distributor selection, master data, audit, compliance and training. 管理所有成品药的进口清关到释放市场供应，作为按照需求计划安排出礼来销售的管理以及上游供应链和市场部，商务部及跨部门合作的主要联络方，以满足产品的稳定供应。负责经销商的选择、主数据建立、经销商审计、合规和培训。
Key Responsibilities
- Developing mid and long-term strategies and tactics for distribution management and optimized logistics environment. 建立中长期的经销商管理策略和运营策略。
- Develop and build a capable fulfillment operation team. 发展并建立一个高效的营运团队。

Supervise, manage and coordinate LTC and Lilly Suzhou customer service related tasks, including importation, warehouse operation, sales order processing, alliance projects, etc,. 监督管理并协调LTC和Lilly SZ 客户服务部相关工作，包括进口事务，仓库运营，销售订单，联盟项目等。
- Establish and update customer service related SOPs and ensure SOPs being executed effectively. 建立并更新客户服务部相关的流程并保证流程的高效执行。
- Lead and manage the O2C process including sales order and return, discount and allowance, credit limit and BAD proposal etc. 带领并管理订单相关的流程，包括订单处理、退货、折让补偿等。
- Lead maintain effective communication with distributors. 带领并维持分销客户的有效沟通。
- Ex-Lilly price application & maintenance 出厂价格的申请及维护。
- Lead to develop winter and summer stocking plan 带领并设计库存储备计划。
- Draft annual credit limit and BAD proposal 起草客户资信额度及银行承兑的方案。
- Lead regular KPI review with logistics suppliers (warehousing/transportation/import agencies) 带领团队定期审核供应商的服务质保并及时予以调整。
- Support two billing policy implementation base on the distributor management strategy 基于分销商管理策略，支持两票制的执行。
- Support Alliance projects (EDP/3S Bio/Innovent/Hutchison) 支持联盟项目的运营。

Distributor management经销商管理
- Build up efficient distributor open/review/close process according to policy, market environment and Lilly business needs. 根据政策、市场环境和礼来业务需求建立清晰有效的经销商开立、评估、关闭流程
- Lead distributor training and audit projects to ensure operation compliance. 开展经销商培训和审计确保合规
- Work closely with field commercial team on product supply, order and shipments management, commercial projects executing., etc. 与区域商务团队紧密协作执行产品供应，订单及配送管理，商业项目等
- Regular operation review with Quality and Finance team to make sure all the related operations compliance with the Lilly and GPS related standard. 与财务和质量定期进行运营回顾以保证相关操作符合礼来和GPS相关的标准。
- Support regional global logistics activities and initiatives for cost and efficiency improvement purposes 支持总部物流寻求成本的控制和效率的提升
- Engage external stakeholders such as government officers, logistic venders, service venders, etc. 拜访和维护外部客户，如政府官员、供应商等
- As the representative, interface with government agencies and other internal/external parties to handle and resolve various biz issues pertaining to trade compliance operations 与政府部门以及内外部合作方联络处理业务相关事宜，确保商业运作的合规性
- Coach and development customer service team培训和发展客户服务团队
基本资格要求
Qualification/Requirements
- Bachelor degree is required 大学本科学历及以上
- At least 5 years related working experience 至少8年工作经历
- Working experience in pharma industry (operation support, planning, logistics, commercial, customer management related) 药品行业工作经验(运营支持、计划、物流、商务、或客户管理等相关经验)
- Strong strategic thinking, planning and cooperation, and team management capability 较强的策略性思维能力，计划组织能力，团队管理能力
- Good communication skills. 良好的沟通和人际交往能力
- Highly responsible and reliable有担当、负责任
- Actively seeks to learn new things and improve oneself 学习能力强，积极向上

Additional Preferences
- Familiar with supply chain management and distributor management is a plus 对供应链管理熟悉的优先
