The Senior Education Solution Manager works at a strategic level, thinks holistically and role models a collaborative development. He/she translates and adopt strategies and business plans into solutions and balances strategic and operational needs.

Core Responsibilities
Define and implement education solutions

• Understand portfolio business and apply commercial thinking and business understanding into afterschool educational solutions
• Define and design the solution with diversified aspects including physical and digital learning experience for children, as well as teacher training, VI guidance and business supporting for partners. Always with a seamless user journey across these aspects in mind
• Professionally present educational solutions from concept perspective to implementation delivery in global markets, be able to train and facilitate workshops with LE solutions
• Build valuable user (teacher, children and parents) insights to support business development, in addition, insights on market trends and competitor products from a solution differentiation perspective
• Contribute to selling-in and go to market activities, ensure successful launch and implementation in the Chinese market as a start, and then roll out to other markets.

Manage stakeholders and connect across LEGO Education

• Establish strong synergies with the rest of the LEGO Education Afterschool Experience team including marketing, classroom design, curriculum and teacher training, to ensure a qualified approach to specific markets
• Execute clear and frequent communication with LEI (business) team to feedback market needs effectively for solution modification, to ensure qualified, seamless and timely handover
• Be able to work closely with partners, empower them in implementation and business area including solution understanding and business modelling.

The LEGO Education Afterschool business in China is focused on our presence in Tier 1 and Tier 2 cities. We have a modest reach into the market today, and it is our ambition to grow the size, quality and impact of our business considerably.
The Experience for Afterschool China team will be responsible for the overall concept and experience development, the team developing the content, assessment tools, teacher training programs, overall marketing plan as well as the in-center experience for the LEGO Education Afterschool centers in China comprising among other elements also the Visual Identity of centers.

Do you have what it takes?

• Bachelor degree above, prefer Master degree in relevant education, business, marketing or product development area
• Fluent in English and Chinese
• Minimum 8 years of experience in a business/product manager position
• Previously localized, developed and launched educational products
• Working experience with STEAM products, and products combining hardware and software are preferred
• Experience in product/solution supporting in global markets(China and APAC region)
• Solid afterschool experience, especially in the Chinese market
• Global/local traveling on a approx. level of 25%
