• Responsible for standardization of electrical system for new machine, such as electrical circuits, safety circuits, PLC programming, servo motor, low voltage components, to ensure stability and reliability of electrical system of the new equipment.

• Involve in the project development of the new equipment , review electrical design from supplier and ensure electrical system designed in accordance with Bosch standard;

• Travel to supplier before delivery of equipment , and conduct pre-acceptance of electrical parts according to specifications and technical agreement

• Coordinate to install new machine and then conduct final acceptance by performing Cmk study or FUSA study as well as checking fulfillment of each requirement in specification , therefore conduct final acceptance of new machine in accordance with Bosch procedure

• Continuous improvement and troubleshooting of new machine

• Emergency handling and technical support for electrical faults in plant for new equipment

• Application and introduction of KUKA robot, design programming and relevant electrical circuit for robot

• Standardization of electrical circuits/ controlling programming and software for machine in production

• Bachelor degree in electrical engineering and technology

• 3+ years’ experience in electrical system development or commissioning of non-standard equipment

• In-depth know-how of Siemens, Mitsubishi PLC control systems, able to independently design electrical system of single station machine, able to understand the control system of large equipment

• Experienced in non-standard equipment commonly used cylinder , relay , servo motor , servo driver , all kinds of sensors , proficient in debugging and identify faults .

• Have received professional electrical training, must hold an electrician job certificate, and obtained the electrical engineer relevant training grade certificate

• Deep understanding of electrical safety and pneumatic safety.

• Hands-on experience about application of robotics, include programming and relevant electrical circuits

• Interpersonal skill and presenting skill in front of cross function audience is a prior

• At least skilled in writing English , fluent potential in verbal English will be a prior
