• Reports to Team Leader or Engineering manager in project.

• Reach the targets (time-table, costs, quality, specification and other customer requirements) defined in the Project Schedule.

• Provide hardware technical lead-ship to a design team and developing Hardware Design process (Analog circuit design, power circuit design, digital circuit design and magnetic component design), Hardware Design Guideline, Checklist, methods, tools and systems as agreed with the Principle Engineer or Manager.

• Provide training and guidance to new Electrical Engineer

• Be capable of working with little supervision to complete a project.

• Be able to manage other engineers assigned for specific projects.

• At least 5-8 years experience at Switching Power Supply (SPS) design field

• Take initiative and have team spirit

• Willing to accept challenges, good at learning new things

• Good written & spoken English

• Computer skills (CAD and MathCAD preferred, Scheduling software, documentation software)

• Good organizational skills

• Some management capability

• Familiar with power supply company documentation control procedures/processes

• Good/deep/broad understanding of SPS standards/criterions

• Good problem solving skills for various power circuit debugging and analysi
