职责描述：带领研发中心全体员工与楼氏智音工程部的各部门紧密合作，研发国际领先智能语音产品方案，优化公司软硬件方案到客户产品的应用实施，提供客户最优技术支持。

任职要求：拥有电子工程或计算机相关专业本科以上学历，十五年以上音频方案和产品研发和五年以上成功管理高科技团队的经验。有丰富的信号处理算法，软件和硬件开发的经历，熟悉手机，智能家电和穿戴产品的研发。精通产品规划、定义、开发、质量和综合管理等多个环节。具有良好的中英文语言沟通能力。

Knowles is looking for an experienced Manager of Software and Systems Engineering to lead our Shanghai development center. The candidate should have graduated with a BS in Computer Science and Electrical Engineering, or equivalent, with at least 10 years of development experience including at least 3-years' experience in a software leadership role with proven track record of building and managing strong teams and organizations.

Job Responsibilities

• Collaborate with international engineering leaders and members to meet or exceed design center goals and objectives
• Develop world class teams and development center capabilities to achieve highest standard in product quality and on-time delivery
• Manage group managers and leads in software development, tests, and validation
• Manage software engineering processes consistent with WW engineering flows
• Manage substantial and multi-site projects including well designed, adapted, and executed plans
• Invent software IPs in audio, voice, and sensor fusion
• Solve thorny technical issues in ARM and DSP programming for low power mobile and IOT applications
• Supervise writing, review, and implementation of technical specifications and test plans
• Lead cross functional teams, including own team, in delivering a lead customer’s projects

Required Skills and Attributes

• World class experts in host, DSP, and embedded programming.
• Demonstrated successes in algorithms and software development using sensors, audio, and voice signals
• Consummate skills in project plan design, adaption, and execution
• Hands-on attitude, and possess strong work ethics and integrity
• Possesses proactive and ownership mindsets, matched with self-driven, analytical, curious, and persistent work style
• Effective communicator both in meetings and in interpersonal settings with focus on both customers and product quality
• Ability to attract other like-minded and high-performance players to join the team
• Fluency in English communication

• MS or PhD in Computer Science and Electrical Engineering, or equivalent
• Experienced in project management that are multi-site and with 3rd parties
• Expert in developments with algorithm contents in audio signal processing, speech enhancement, speech coding, noise reduction, acoustic echo cancellation, and low power design
• Can sell your ideas to stakeholders and candidates
