Position Summary, Responsibilities and Expectations:

• Drive development of HID products through project completion within timeline , quality and budgetary limits
• Lead and engage cross functional teams to manage deliverables
• Track development and manage execution of project plans relevant to deliverables and ensure alignment across multiple teams
• Manage multiple projects across several departments while tracking progress and communicating with deliverables with Marketing, R&D, Regulatory, Quality, Manufacturing, Packging teams and related suppliers
• Define and develop product specifications from marketing requirement documents
• Evaluate supplier schedule and align with internal/external cross-functional departments
• Analyze risk and assess mitigation plan at various stages of the project
• Track projects,develop spreadsheets and tools to provide visibility to supplier as well as internal departments
• Identify and implement solutions to improve tracking, planning and collaboration
• Develop project plan, task breakdowns and risk assessment for projects after KO.
• Ensure effective, accurate and timely communication across various functional teams.

Essential Skills and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree or above.
• Min. 8 years of working experience in consumer product manafucturing environment.
• Listening, oral, written and presentation skill and effective interpersonal skills.
• Organizational, planning and multi-tasking skills.
• Familiar with MS Office software like Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel and MS Projects.
