Major responsibilities:
1) The Senior Event Coordinator is responsible for organizing various events contributing to the building of the school’s image as a knowledge provider,
2) The Senior Event Coordinator shall have the ability to execute projects in different regions of China, including inviting speakers, marketing the events and providing logistic support.
3) The Senior Event Coordinator assists in creating and maintaining resources essential to the organization of premier events.
4) The Senior Event Coordinator is responsible for gaining cross-departmental support in organizing various events.
5) The Senior Event Coordinator shall contribute to the efforts in securing sponsorship for the events.

Basic requirements:
1) The candidate shall have at least 3-year work experience in MNC.
2) The candidate shall have common sense about marketing.
3) Intellectual capability is desired for event planning and designing.
4) The candidate shall have strong communication skills to build up external
relationship and to win cross-departmental support and coordination.
5) The candidate shall have strong teamwork spirit to work closely with other
members of the event team.
6) The candidate shall have the ability to take care of details.
7) Fluent English writing and speaking is a must.
