• To strictly adhere to the standard operating Procedures and good documentation practices.
• Should have Knowledge of SAP and preparation of Mater Documents like SOP, BPR.
• Should be Familiar with Packing Operations and equipment Qualification activity.
• Sound Knowledge of injectable Packaging, Visual Inspection & leak test.
• Reviewing Batch Packaging Record.
• Ensure compliance of Audit
• Should have knowledge of dispensing procedure (Packing material).
• To ensure that Workers are working as per standard operating procedure (SOP).
• To supervise the packing process as defined in the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP).
• To crosscheck the available packing material with proper labels and status.
• To ensure that status labelling is updated at each stage of process.
• Should have knowledge of line clearance, challenge test of equipment, reconciliation procedure, rejection handling, yield calculation.
• Should have knowledge for authorization process of visual inspector.
• To ensure the completion of batch packing as per plan.
• To ensure the samples of each packing batch is collected as per requirement of Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC)
• To ensure that rejection is being destroyed generated during packing, in presence of Officer – IPQA.
• To ensure the Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) norms are followed and maintained across the packing area.
