Follow up with RLD vendors for availability & Proforma Invoice

Generation of Purchase order and submit the same to Party

To Process payment documents and follow up for payment with Finance

Ensure timely availability of RLD at F&D through follow up with suppliers

Preparation of GRN

Preparation of Samples requisition

Follow up with QC/QA/IPQA/Packaging team for timely availability of samples

Submission of samples to F&D/ADL

Close co-ordination with Plant teams (QA/QC/CQA/Production/Packaging) for timely ensuring all the New projects related activities/documents

Co ordinate with F&D & ADL to provide Documents for NOC

Preparation NOC application

Follow up with Corporate affairs team for timely submision to reg. authorities

Follow up with F&D team to provide Draft labels

Preparing application for test license & Submit to corporate affairs team

Follow up with Corporate affairs team for timely submision to reg. authorities

To get actual address of manufacturer from purchase team

Preparing import license application

Preparing quantity justification & submission of application to corporate affairs team

Follow up with Corporate affairs team for timely submision to reg. authorities

To follow up for availability of all licenses with Corporate affairs team for timely availability of licenses
