Driving turn over for assigned jobs & completion of extension/migration job within timeline. Collection of customer payments from assigned contracts/jobs within timeline. Maintaining AMC invoicing, invoice submission with minimum unbilled revenue. Maintaining SLA(response & resolution time) for assigned contracts. Driving customer satisfaction through various surveys. Handling commercial activities like cost management, PO placing & vendor management for assigned jobs. Driving digital business for assigned Installed base.
