职位描述

• Partner with operation team in driving the manufacturing footprint optimization: active involvement in key product transfer projects, build the connections with global division finance
• Prepare the MBR/QBR for China Manufacturing and facilitate the communication with global divisions
• Support the AOP and STRAP for factory, liaison with key stakeholders during this process
• Provide effective and accurate costing analysis for factory management, work closely with factory various functions to drive lean process and cost improvement opportunities
• Review the internal process and drive consistent improvement in factory internal control process
• Manage and develop costing team in Shanghai and Suzhou sites
• Other Ad hoc request
