Responsibilities:

1) Handle monthly Interco/Group A reconciliation, as the key contact window for AL China;

2) Focus on WCR analysis for AL China (Inventory, AR, OR, AP, OP etc); and in charge for GC WCR comments (consolidate ALFE and Celki WCR comments);

3) In charge of WCR analysis for key entities/activities (such as project company, Non recurring activities, scope impact etc.);

4) Support WCR preparation for Yearly Target and Rolling Forecast;

5) AL Master data management for Company and COA;

6) Key coordinator for IRIS system input for different packages;

7) Support in projects related to Finance & Accounting as necessary.

8)Organize accounting accounts and set up normative accounting subjects service manual

9)Understand chinese/international accounting standards, be responsible for consolidate and compile related accounting policy(such as fixed assets, M&A etc)

10)Handling of policy issue according to financial policy needs

11) Ad hoc.

Requirements:

1) At least a Bachelor's degree with a major in accounting or finance;

2) At least 4 years experience in accounting or finance, at least 1 year of GL in Manufacture preferred;

3) Hyperion experience preferred;

4) Has the ability to communicate in English;

5) Active, Self-motivated person;

6) Work under pressure.
