Main Job Responsibility:

Collect the necessary information and prepare the reports such as management book, BS, EOC, P&L, AOP etc.

Monitor timeliness, completeness, and data integrity of the reports to meet requirements

Provide insightful & financial analysis for data variance of the reports

Check the actual work flow in compliance with the procedure and standard

Complete the internal checklist and test the sample for internal check

Involved in the cycle count physically such as data collection and deficiency summary

Support leaders to provide periodic financial planning and forecast with robust assumptions

Maintain the data on share point

External/Internal audit support

Other works assigned by the supervisor

Job Specification:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance

At least 3 years’ experience in the financial or business analyst field

Good at MS office, especially Excel. SAP is must.

Good command of English

Good team player, strong motivation, “can do” attitude

Independent, can work under pressure
