Located in HsinChu

Responsible for all aspects of Foundry Quality including but not limited to the following:

1. Lead investigations of Foundry non-conformances, that are impacting Vishay

2. Works with the Foundry Operation team on process changes and necessary documentation

3. The first line contact for customer problem resolution coming from Foundry

4. Responsible for driving Quality improvement within Foundries to meet and exceed Vishay's requirements

5. Responsible for Qualification process in Foundries

6. Responsible for Foundry Outgoing Quality and First Article reports

7. Responsible for managing Foundry overall audit strategy, which includes Vishay and its customer audits

8. Responsible for preparation of the Foundry Quality Performance report

9. Ensuring QMS accreditation process in the foundry (e.g. ISO 9001).
