This position is based in the São Paulo Office or in Jaguariuna office and
will have a global scope, reporting to the Global Business Operations and
Planning manager.
Role and Team Description:
Be the data analyst and visualization expert for the global Business Operation
and Planning team. Create and maintain global operations reports. Work close
to IT to optimize performance and fix database issues.
The Business Operations and Planning team works closely with regional teams
and Global functional team on planning and operational activities, driving
alignment of processes, execution tracking and governance. This position
provides the candidate an opportunity to learn about different aspects of the
business, defining and deploying new tools, solutions and processes globally.
The ideal candidate will have strong technical, analytical and project
management skills. We are looking for proactive professionals who are driven
by challenges and motivated in work in a very dynamic team environment.
Any planning and operations experiences is welcome and can be a differential.
Scope of Responsibilities
\- Develop strategies to extract, resolve, and unify information of various
types from numerous disparate data sources.
\- Build scalable, stable, and efficient applications to collect, organize,
manipulate, analyze and present information from large structured and
unstructured datasets.
\- Create and enhance existing best in class Tableau and Power BI dashboards
consumed by Senior leaders
\- Enhance data collection procedures to include information that is relevant
for building analytic systems.
\- Process, cleanse, and verify the integrity of data used for analysis.
\- Design, code, and validate software in a collaborative environment.
\- Perform ad-hoc analysis giving compelling presentations to diverse
audiences (business areas, technical areas, senior leadership, etc.).
\- Work closely with the Data Scientist team to creatively provide consumable
data for modeling, push limits and increase efficiencies.
#### Position Requirements:

\- B.S. degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics or related
discipline with solid academic background. M.S. preferred.
\- 3-5 years of experience relevant to the position.
\- Experience with data analytics, data visualization (Tableau), Power BI,
salesforce deployment, ERP systems and sales support tools.
\- Experience in working with big data storage and processing techniques.
\- Ability to query data sources directly using SQL like query languages from
data warehouse.
\- Excellent communication skills. Team player, proven ability to work
successfully with cross-functional teams and ability to influence people.
\- Fluent in English mandatory (written and oral skills).

transform it into relevant information for the business, and communicate
critical information to different teams.
\- Advanced Excel (i.e. pivot tables) and PowerPoint skills.
