Eaton’s Vehicle Group North America division is currently seeking a Sr HR Analyst to join our team. This position is based at our Aguascalientes facility.
The Sr HR Analyst is responsible for provide support to plant HR initiatives, and functional areas including organizational development, training, recruitment, employees’ records, continuous improvement programs, and establishing and maintaining a positive work environment, and also provide leadership support for high-performance work teams.
Some activities related with the position will be:
- Responsible of recruiting, screening, interviewing and selecting hourly and salaried people.
- Continue to expand understanding of Eaton human resources policies and programs.
- Coordinates Talent-Hub tool and plant performance management process.
- Control HRMS for hourly employees, which include records, statistics, and reports regarding operations, personnel changes, etc.
- Stablish organizational development strategies focused on developing and maintaining internal talent
- Support plant employee relations activities which foster and maintain our plant well being status. Serve as liaison for plant personnel to address employee relations issues. Follow up on all employee/supervisor/manager requests.
- Support to employees in loan request, etc.
- Maintain an organized, clean and safe working area. Adhere to Eaton’s 5´s workplace organization program.
- Keep updated SPQs of each administrative role.
- Assist in the preparation on HROR/Schedule pre-audits.
- Perform DTN process and coordinate Training Plan execution
- Perform higher level duties involving employee communications, such as pre-employment screening, responding to routine questions on human resources policies and procedures, identifying potential issues and grievances, etc.
- Organize recognitions events; i.e., Special dinners, Service recognition, Christmas party, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, etc.
- Assist in the preparation and control of records, statistics, and reports regarding operations, personnel changes, etc.
- Demonstrate the application of the 8 CIF modules and support related initiatives on daily basis through establishing, maintaining and complying his/her Standard Work and other tools. Participate in Kaizen events, Lean Council and Continuous Improvement teams when required. Generate ideas for improvement according with the local programs. Implement and optimize Lean Management tools. Sustain the ELLS tools (VSM, 5´s, TMP, STW, set up, Problem Solving, Materials Management and 6 Sigma) to drive the continuous improvement performance when apply.

Qualifications
Required (Basic) Qualifications:
- 5 years minimum working experience in Human Resources or a related field, including demonstrated knowledge of employment regulations ant issues
- Bi-lingual (Spanish and English-language capability, speaking, reading & writing)
- Ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization
- Ability to build trust & maintain confidentiality is critical
- Demonstrated organizational & prioritization skills
