This exciting role offers opportunity to: Lead annual profit plan, labor expense rolling forecast & analysis. Work as BP to LV R&D team, including HC & hiring plan, communication, employee engagement, HR initiatives for R&D need. Review HR dashboard and Engagement survey for R&D team, propose action plan for continuous improvment. Conduct a review of Merit planning, Salary Band/Grade and VPP to insure effectiveness. Support on RHQ/Corporate’s C&B related HR program deployment, drive process improvement in C&B function. Provide advice on propose offer of new hire and internal promotion. Participates in internal and external C&B survey and assists in local scheme grading system. Draft and implements C&B related policies to ensure compliance with law, local regulation and company values. Generate and analysis C&B related reports in a timely and accurately manner, including but not limited to H/C report, labor cost mapping, OT forecast & tracking. Assists HRM to Conduct Other functions audit and follow up action plan. Qualifications Requirement: Bachelor degree, major in Human Resource or Business management is preferable; At least 8 years HR experience in multinational companies, HRBP experience in is preferable; Solid HR knowledge; Good presentation skill; Good at both oral and written English; Expert on data analysis; Business acumen, open minded, excellent interpersonel skill; Result driven; Yes!
