1. oCommunicate with HRBPs/Business leader to analysis training needs;
2. oDesign training course based on business needs to support business growth;;
3. oOrganize and support training on logistics for customers, Training feedback and effectiveness tracking;
4. oFormulating the annual training plan and training budget;
5. oBuild and enhance the learning culture in the organization;
6. oAny training project handle by training manager coached.
7. oInternal Training system administration;
8. oWindow person of mobile learning platform and learning project development.
9. oDelivery the training report;
10. oTraining file management.
Requirements:
1. 5-8 years related working experience;
2. Familiar with Training system logic and foundation;
3. Good at both oral and written English & Chinese;
4. Familiar with Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint;
5. Knowledge and experience of course development;
6. Be able to work with independent and self-motivated, self-responsible, open-minded.
