Job Summary:

To work in partnership with leaders, key stakeholders and HR team to shape, develop and deliver HR plans and solutions in line with the needs and priorities of Goals. Operating as the departmental HR expert, to advise, guide and support staff and managers by providing high level people management and development support across functions for Medical & Regulatory.

Responsibilities:

  • Support organization’s expansion via attraction and recruitment for talents.
  • With solid understanding and sufficient business acumen, he/she needs support functional leaders to identify the achievable business goals and strategies of people effectiveness;
  • Be responsible for guiding, coaching, and supporting functional leaders to the final execution of all the targeted people development goal into implementation;
  • Advise and influence functional leaders in the planning, selection, staffing, development and management of the workforce to achieve appropriate levels of performance, employee engagement, and retention of key talents.
  • Work closely with HR team to implement the effective HR programs in order to support its business operation;
  • Work as independent and professional bridge to build up effective communication platform in the supported function to further improve employee engagement, and also integrate communication with other functions by working in a systematic approach;
  • Partner with the functional leadership in any necessary change initiatives to ensure its execution and alignment with business strategy and company culture.

Qualifications:

  • Strong track record of developing and implementing policy, experienced in implementing HR strategy.
  • Ability to work on own initiative, prioritize work to deadlines and pay attention to details.
  • Ability to analyse complex information and recommended solutions.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills and the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas and information to a range of audiences and stakeholders.
  • Skilled analytical thinker with ability to critically assess requirements and select “best fit” approach to meet Amgen HR’s needs. Strong ability to build effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders at all levels, to work collaboratively to achieve objectives.
