Support Manager in the entire IT process including,

Manage Windows Servers and VMware virtualization servers, manage Cisco/HPE server platforms, manage EMC and NetApp storage, manage CommVault backup.

Provide IT supports to users, like account handling, hardware and software installation and troubleshooting, and etc.

Responsible for the PC asset and other IT asset management.

Responsible for the software and license asset management.

Responsible for the IT training and orientation to the new users.

Support company internal and external IT related audits.

Effective communications between the users and provide professional IT consultations and supports for business.

Able to manage complain cases.

Complete monthly reports on time and accuracy.

Other tasks assigned by the IT Manager.

Job Requirements:

College degree or above, major in Computer Science

More than 3 year IT working experience in manufacturing industry

Skillful in using Windows7 and 10, Skillful in using Word, Excel, PowerPoint and other office software.

Familiar with Microsoft AD, DNS, DHCP, WSUS, SCCM; VMware Virtualization; CommVault; EMC, NetApp; ITIL/ITSM.

Good interpersonal and communication skills

Fluent in both written and spoken English

Strong sense of confidentiality and service, quick response and efficient working
