Helen of troy is searching for an Oracle eBusiness Suite Techno/Functional Analyst in our Shenzhen location to work closely with various stakeholders in designing and developing customizations and extensions in Oracle EBS (R12.1.3).

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Work with IT manager and business users to enhance business requirements, create technical design and Testing.

• Coordinating the full life cycle of IT projects using PL/SQL, Toad Developer for OAF, XML Publisher Desktop and oracle forms.

• Coordinating the development and implementation of solutions using Oracle OAF Framework.

• Overseeing the implementation of test validations of the application.

• Ensuring the optimization of the developed applications.

• Participating in application walk through with users.

• Implementing user controls.

• Producing project documentation.

• Development experience in Oracle EBS modules such as AP, AR, GL, OM, PO, iSupplier, INV, ASCP, WIP and BOM.

• Interacts with business teams to clarify requirements and business needs.

• Collaborates with other developers, architects, and quality assurance teams to determine optimal solution architecture, efficiency, maintainability, and scalability.

• Troubleshoots, corrects errors in programs, and optimizes code to ensure performance and security requirements.

• Writes complex queries, stored procedures, software packages, and triggers.

• Implements the data model that the required applications requirement, the rules for data integrity, and the specified functions for accessing and manipulating the application data.

  
  

  Qualification and Experience required

  ? Minimum of 3 years relevant experience with Oracle EBS development. Must have strong skills in PL/SQL, OAF, XML, Workflow, Form development.Work with business users to enhance Business Requirements, Create Technical Design, Functional Design and Testing

  ? Project experience in Oracle report, Oracle customization, OAF and/or Form development.

  ? Familiar with business analysis and report format design

  ? Strong logic analysis skills in coding structure and data mining.

  ? Track records in delivery of data output solutions to fulfill business requests

  ? Hands-on experience in Oracle EBS implementation and support

  ? Knowledge in EBS DB table structure, Report builder & XML publisher, Function and Procedure;

  ? Experience in OBI report is viewed as a plus;

  ? Strong at logical analysis via PL SQL;

  ? English reading & writing ability is an advantage.
