• Ensure consistent and stable IT service management and service deliver in high performance and maximum availability of IT infrastructure, network and desktop.
• Define, monitor and report on service levels in SLAs, OLAs, and supplier contracts, covering service support as well as availability, capacity, security and IT service continuity.
• Develop, document and manage the IT infrastructure, network and desktop support environment and procedures under an agreed upon budget and remains cost effective, efficient with high quality.
• Formulate strong IT security policy, process and procedure, risk assessment and in compliance with the global standard and audit.
• Develop and maintain SOP of IT serve deliver and support
• Track and review incidents, problems, changes, service requests, etc. to identify, assess, prioritize and implement continuous service improvement.
• Architect, implement, operate, manage, and integrate IT infrastructure in CHINA.
• Provide the expertise and guidance to peers, leadership and associates on the overall infrastructure architecture and desktop support.

9. Oversee Infrastructure projects to meet the requirements in schedule, cost and quality.

任职资格：

• Bachelor Degree in Computer Science/Engineering.
• 10+ years working experience and 5+ years at IT Service management positions cover Infrastructure, network and desktop support.
• IT Service management / delivery experience in at least a mid-size plant required, Experience for IT service management in a MNC is preferred.
• Strong knowledge and hands-on experiences in:

• Windows server, AD, and UNIX & Linux administration

• Network, MPLS , VPN, routers, switch, WIFI Controller, Telecommunication, and past working experience with Meraki will be an advances

• Service configuration, such as DHCP, DNS, WINS, PKI, etc.

• Backup/Recovery solutions

• Storage solutions

• Virtualization Solution

• Security architecture and Anti-virus

• Cloud platform like AWS, Azure, etc.

• Desktop & End User Support

• MS Windows OS & Office application suite, as deployed in a corporate organization.

• Office 365 / MS Office

• Collaboration tools such as Skype/Lync

• Strong working experiences in IT services management.
• Professional/industry standard Certifications on infrastructure, network, security, management (PMP, ITIL, COBIT) and/or Microsoft technology are advances.
• Good working knowledge of ITIL, SOX Compliance, and COBIT.
• Experience in Technology audits with controls & compliance.
• Knowledge of IT service management methods and tools, e.g. the IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL), Service Manager, ServiceNow, etc. will be an advance.
• Strong sense of customer orientation and strong sense of responsibility, self-motivated and result driven.
• Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good command of spoken and written in English and Mandarin.
• Excellent time management skills, and the ability to prioritize and multi-tasks.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
