Job Description

The Enterprise System Administrator is responsible for effective provisioning, operating, monitoring and maintaining systems’ hardware, software and related infrastructure. This position also ensures related procedures adhere to eHealth organizational policies. Project management and detailed documentation are essential skills for this position.

The position requires working in weekend/after hours for critical systems maintenance. Second tire user support is required.

Provide Technical support for systems definition, purchase, configuration, installation, tuning, maintenance and upgrades of server hardware and software.

Assist in developing utilities using modern programming language to facilitate the use and administration of networked computer systems

Provide account management, file system management, system security and data security using Active Directory

Analyze existing networked computer systems and makes recommendations for improvement of infrastructure, technology, operational capability, reliability and performance including troubleshooting and root cause analysis

Monitor effective programs, processes, hardware, network, or sql/Exchange database utilization

Participate in the design, development, implementation, review and testing of operational processes and instructions, including disaster recovery systems

Participate in the vendor activities including license management and coordination of maintenance contracts

Ensure Windows and Linux Systems are patched and securely maintained in accordance with best practices utilizing in-house and best-of-breed tools.

Support office automation system. Design, modify form and process in OA system per business requirement and troubleshooting for related issues.


Technical skill and experience:

1. 3+ years of experience in following technology as Systems Administrator or Systems Engineer.

1) Microsoft Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, DFS

2) VMware System

3) OS hardening and tuning

4) Backup and recovery

5) PowerShell scripting

2. Experience in following technology:

1) Office 365 administration

2) Microsoft Exchange 2010, Microsoft SharePoint 2007,2010

3) Citrix administration

3. Basic knowledge of SAN and Networking

4. Ability to diagnose hardware and software problems and replace defective components (Dell HW preferred)

5. Current MCSE certifications preferred

6. These experience or skill will be a plus:

1) Knowledge of MS-SQL, HTML, CSS, JavaScript. Previously experience on Enterprise OA and other enterprise application system like UFIDA.

2) Administration of Okta/JAMF/SCCM


Soft skill:

1. Excellent technical troubleshooting, research and problem solving skills

2. A positive attitude and excellent customer service, communication and organizational skills

3. Good communication in English, both oral and written(presentations, technical reports and proposals)

4. Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and work under pressure within a reasonable time frame

5. Willing to be available and On-Call to provide critical support to our 24x7 team

6. Excellent documentation skill for both technical and end-users

技能及经验要求:

1. 3年以上的系统管理员工作经验,并熟练掌握以下技术:

1) AD/DNS/DHCP/DFS

2) VMware

3) Windows系统加固

4) 备份和灾难恢复

5) PowerShell脚本编写

2. 熟悉Office 365, Exchange, SharePoint, Citrix的管理

3. 了解SAN和网络基础知识

4. 能针对戴尔服务器软硬件问题并替换故障部件

5. 通过MCSE认证

6. 熟悉MS-SQL, HTML, CSS, JavaScript,有支持企业OA或其他应用系统经验者优先考虑

有Okta/JAMF/SCCM管理经验者优先考虑


软技能:

1. 热爱钻研技术问题,有较强的问题解决能力及自学能力

2. 良好的客户服务意识,较强的沟通和协调能力

3. 良好的英语口语及写作技能,能与美国同事通过电话沟通。

4. 能在压力下同时进行多项工作并按时交付

5. 愿意提供24x7的电话和远程技术支持

6. 良好的中文及英文文档写作能力
