The successful sourcing manager - MARCOM will have some of the following key responsibilities:-

• Responsibility for development and delivery of sourcing and contracting strategies across the MARCOM category and sub-category and suppliers which deliver best in market and innovative solutions for the business

• Accountable for the delivery of all sourcing activity, including ATL and BTL, supplier negotiations and contracting.

• Proactively support all commercial aspects of implementation, including on-boarding and exit of suppliers, change management requests and ongoing supplier management issues and disputes

• To work in a way that positively engages the support of stakeholders using problem solving and proactive communication skills to deal with potentially difficult situations and conversation.

• Bachelor degree and above. More than 8 years indirect sourcing experience, MARCOM category will be highly preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to negotiate and manage a variety of complex procurement contracts
• Working under pressure with many urgent case.

• Experience leading procurement activities and sourcing strategies across a variety of spend areas.
