§ Ensure the production infrastructure of servers, network, virtualization
platforms and hosting environment is meeting the availability and performance
requirements of the business

§ Ensure the infrastructure environment in IDC of all systems and
applications is meeting the availability and performance requirements of the
business

§ Ensure infrastructure services recover within acceptable tolerance
after a major outage.

§ Study and Apply continuous improvement techniques to improve the
operational effectiveness of the infrastructure

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES OF THIS
POSITION

该职务的主要职责

§ Be responsible for infrastructure communication and solution
deployment for office, warehouse and IDC

§ Be responsible for maintenance and operation of infrastructure
including trouble shooting and optimization including server, network,
storage, backup, monitoring.

§ Provide incident support as defined by service level agreements with
IDC and LVMH P&C China processes

§ Use the LVMH P&C China incident management framework to identify
and resolve incidents and problems.

§ Communicate effectively with all levels of the technology team

PRINCIPAL COMPETENCIES,
SKILLS AND BACKGROUND

§ 5+ years’ experience supporting IT infrastructures with multiple
sites, with experience operating at a senior administrator/engineer capacity.

§ Windows Server 20012 / 2016 Active Directory roles and services
including setup, configuration, administration and troubleshooting.

§ Experience with Veeam backups, restores and recovery models

§ Knowledge of High Availability (HA) and Disaster Recovery (DR) options
for infrastructure

§ Experience working with virtualization, Microsoft Hyper-V and VMWare
vSphere 5.x setup, configuration, administration and troubleshooting.

§ Excellent written and verbal communication

§ Ability to multi-task and context-switch effectively between different
activities and teams

§ Related certifications as a plus

§ Microsoft MCSE level certification

§ ITIL certification

§ Cisco CCNP certification

§ 5年以上的基础架构工作经验，资深高级工程师或管理员工作经验

§ Windows服务器 2012/2016的搭建，配置，管理和维护，AD和域控的工作经验
