- Yearly sales strategy set up and implement in food service channel.
- Set up pull strategy to reach more end users.
- Set sales targets and objectives to KA sales team, sales performance tracking including volume, revenue, margin and distribution coverage.
- Coach and lead sales team on DVG beverage chain customer development and management.
- Expand and upgrade branded products KA network.
- Maintain good relationship with key distributors and main local chain customers.
- Build up the system which can keep on tracking sales performance.
- Providing training to sales team and key account to enhance the product and industry knowledge by consolidating all resources internally and externally.
- Build up and expand the sales channel to reach more end-users.
- Compile rolling monthly forecast to SC department to ensure order fulfillment.
- Working closely with marketing and R&D team on new product development and launch campaign.
- Working with related departments on yearly brand sales and marketing expense budgeting and controlling.
- Developing LTO promotion activity within food service channel to achieve sales target
- Working with marketing and application team to develop creative product applications to food service customers.
