职位描述
Mission/Purpose of Position:
Establish key account management system as well as KA strategy; establish, maintain and enhance partnership between the enterprise and HCP/KOL/Physician as well as build up positive corporate image to the customer by regularly delivering information of therapy area/drug/industry
Task Area and Main Tasks:
1. Key account management system/strategy
Establish key account management system and set up KA strategy in alignment of corporate strategy and clinical operation status
2. Customer relationship building up and maintaining
Establish and deliver long-term partnership with key customers to improve the corporate image
3. Information delivery
Maintain and visit regional HCP/KOL/Physician to deliver related product's information to ensure that they can deeply understand the feature the product
4. Scientific promotion and professional service
Provide the academic platform (meeting) and service to key customers in core cities
5. Market intelligence
Understand the treatment plan and perception from regional HCP/KOL/physician
Preparation on market access for the drug
任职条件
Education/Certification: Bachelor's degree with medical related majors
Professional Experience: 5 years MSL/KAM working experience in oncology area
Project and/or Process Experience: Market access experience is preferred
MOST IMPORTANT CAPABILITIES: Reliable and accountable with integrity; good communication skill; good problem solving skill
