Job Description
Focus on building leadership and employee learning curriculum to create learning culture and enhance capability of employee at all levels. Contribute as an expertise to create good learning experience by providing timely, relevant and impactful learning solutions.
- Partner with HR SBP/BP and business leaders to understand business situation and Identify real learning needs, design leadership and employee curriculum. Deliver as needed
- Build effective Leadership development eco system in the organization to drive learning culture
- Manage and facilitate talent development programs to grow future leaders—based on needs assessment and development goal, adjust learning content by incorporating blended learning approach, and implement this program with close monitoring learning effectiveness.
- Evaluate vendors and partner with them to make the courses fit in Lilly culture and practice
- Answer specific business request, customize learning solution to meet business function/team’s needs in areas of team effectiveness, change management, etc.
- Drive to localize global learning initiatives, make them realistic, relevant and practical in China situation
- Contribute to build knowledge bank together with LED team.
- As a LED team member, contribute own expertise to other initiatives as identified.

External hire:
- 5+ years of leading a team, and demonstrated effective leadership
- Passionate in sharing, teaching
- Experienced in coaching
- Proficient in both oral and written English
- A good team player
- Demonstrated learning agility in applying up to date leadership/management development methodology in daily work
External hire:
- Bachelor degree and above. Minimum 5 years in leadership/talent development function
- Experienced in designing/facilitating/consulting corporate level talent/leadership development programs/workshops
- Proficient in both oral and written English
- Effective Influencing and Communicating
- A good team player
- Mastering learning theories and adult learning principle
- Demonstrated learning agility in applying up to date leadership/management development methodology in daily work
Either below experiences is a plus (for external hiring):
- Preferable 2nd line leadership experiences
- 2+ years of team management experience
- BP experience
- Business experience
