Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for formulating and implementing leasing strategies to achieve business targets of the Company;
• Oversee the leasing for company’s PRC property portfolios, including new lease, renewal & negotiation, tenancy administration;
• Manage and coordinate the leasing activities;
• Liaise with the agencies & potential brands;
• Conduct market research, analyze data and compile various reports;
• Coordinate with other departments (Hong Kong& PRC) on layout planning, tenants’ fitting-out and refurbishment / revamping works

Job Requirements:

• Degree holder in Business Management or related disciplines;
• Minimum 8 years of relevant experiences in property management/ real estate field;
• Proven experience in PRC retail / shopping mall / property management projects is an advantage;
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, including Putonghua and Cantonese;
• Proficiency in MS Office Applications (MS Word & Excel) and Outlook;
• Strong communication skills, independent, self-motivated, detail- minded, hardworking & able to work under pressure;
• Occasional travel to PRC is required

Salary: 60K
