Our client is F500 Pharmaceutical company.

• Provide legal advice and guidance;
• Draft, review and propose modifications to contracts and support contracts negotiation;
• Advise on corporate governance issues;
• Work closely with other functions to review company activities/contracts to ensure that the activities/contracts meet legal and regulatory obligations and high standards of conduct in their businesses in accordance with our company compliance standards;
• Monitor and keep the Management and peers informed of legal and regulatory updates that could impact the company's business;
• Manage adverse events, patient claims and other adversarial disputes by gathering and reviewing background information, providing exposure assessments, and recommending a path to resolve the disputes in a manner to the company's interests;
• Handle various disputes, and manage external lawyers and their costs;
• Provide legal support on ad hoc projects, including business development and licenses, acquisitions and divestitures, contact by regulators and other authorities, internal and external investigations, and internal process improvements, etc.;
• Provide trainings to clients in order to ensure compliance with laws and company policies and procedures and to improve the overall organization's ability to identify and manage legal issues;
• Provide information required for internal and statutory reporting requirements;
• Coach and provide guidance to the staff to be compliant;
• Other work assigned by the Head of Legal & Compliance.

• Education Good legal education background, Bachelor or Master degree in Law and overseas legal education is preferred
• 6-12 years' legal independent practice experience;
• MNC in-house counsel experience preferred;
• Healthcare industry experience preferred;
• Ability to work in a complex, high growth, matrix environment dealing with continuous change and occasionally conflicting priorities.
• Languages Proficient English speaking, reading & legal writing skills
