Plant set-up phase

• Commissioning of plants system and machines together with the supplier

• Optimization of machines regarding the availability

• Responsible for acceptance test regarding the production equipment and system

• Raise the requirement and problem to supplier finding before hand over.

• Training of the operator and maintenance personnel

• Preventive and predictive maintenance set up with management system

• Assist German engineer to define standard to optimize the whole production processes

Production Phase

• Training of the operator and maintenance personnel

• Assist manager/Operation director to do Smart factory planning in long term

• To implement maintenance solution plan for yearly

• Yearly Investment budget for maintenance optimization and improvement

• Establish maintenance excellence base

• Report directly to the maintenance Manager and Report indirectly to Operation Director

Qualification & Competencies

• Education / Qualification

• University degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechanotronics Engineering or majored in electromechanical etc

2. Work Experience

• Professional experience: 8 years (Senior Engineer) or 2-5 years (Engineer) of working experence in PCB plant with relevant experience in Electical/mechanical and

  Maintenance for equipment

• Leadership experience: 3-5 years will be an advantage

3. Methods & Programs

• Special knowledge in fine instrument maintenance better under PCB industry,

• Special knowledge in trouble shooting of PCB equipment, visualizations (Pro face panels, GOT-Panels Mitsubishi, Omron NA or Simatic HMI,

• Special knowledge in service of electrical, mechanical under clean electronic condition

• Spare parts and document preparation for equipment and audit requirement

• Configuration or programming of motion controller , frequency inverters(Mitsubishi, Omron, Siemens),

• Knowledge of similar industry equipment such as copper plating, routing and lamination etc,

• Knowledge about basic PLC for controller, device and actuator etc
