Job Description
Sr. manager of LCCP will be responsible for program design and implementation by partnering with external vendors like Tencent and DXY as well as internal cross functions.
- Program design (HCP and patient portal)
- Bring in new functions or services to LCCP based on business objectives and customer feedbacks
- Work with IT partners to design prototypes to improve customer experiences
- Optimize enrollment process and improve customer engagement by launching special events from time to time

Program implementation and project management
- Set up project plan and track progress
- Work with cross functions to ensure timely delivery of new design
- Set up measurement plan and KPIs

Customer feedbacks collection
- Run workshops or field rides to collect requirements and feedbacks from customers
- Conduct market research or deep dive on data to understand customer needs and behaviors

Explore new solutions with vendors
- Source new solutions, services or channels with existing vendors like DXY and Tencent, or new vendors to bring in innovate ideas to LCCP eco-system and meet business objective
- Keep close monitor on key competitors’ initiatives in this area

Collaboration with brand team on sales training and education
- Work closely with BU brand team to develop sales training and communication plan as well as materials if needed
- Support training and communication with sales force, such as “LCCP day”
- Support key external meetings for LCCP if needed
基本资格要求
- Bachelor degree, 5+ years experience in pharmacetucial industry (marketing related)
- Digital project experiences in pharmaceutical industry or internet companies
- Good oral and written English
- Good command of MS office software application
- Open minded and quickly adapt to changes
- Strategic thinking
- Good communication skill and be willing to work with cross function teams
