Job Description
Position Description: Are you an experience software marketer who knows how to drive revenue?  Do you have experience in building and market solution offerings? Do you understand how to nurture and grow an existing customer base?  Come join us at Lenovo where you will be driving the full-funnel marketing strategy and execution for Lenovo Software.  We are looking for a talented marketer to lead marketing for LanSchool and our EDU suite of products. Your knowledge of SaaS marketing across all acquisition and customer channels, brand, sales enablement and social in a complex and matrixed global environment and your “can do” attitude will drive the success of our EDU software business, helping us meet our revenue goals. What you’ll do: With a goal of delivering high quality leads and revenue, you will be implementing and driving the marketing strategy both online and offline. • Build and implement the strategy that will support growth objectives • Lead the team that develops and implements acquisition and content campaigns to generate awareness of our EDU SW offerings • Collaborate on and support execution with our Customer Engagement team to drive adoption, customer loyalty and reduce churn • Align with Lenovo’s EDU efforts to provide a seamless message across hardware and software • Launch new product offerings including an EDU suite offering • Optimize sales enablement efforts to build an informed force of motivated sellers • Leverage Market Insights to focus on the key priorities to accelerate regional and country growth #### Position Requirements: Experience Required • Proven success designing and implementing acquisition strategies using SEM, SEO, Content & Social • History of driving revenue conversion through acquisition that meets or exceeds goals • Effective sales enablement strategies and development across a matrixed organization • Route to market analysis and strategy to support growth targets • Experience leading a high performing team Qualifications Required • Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s degree preferred. • 10+ years of Marketing experience for SaaS software products/solutions. • 5+ years of experience managing a team • Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills, complemented with creative thinking • Proven ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Ability to build relationships and to influence others to get results • Persistence and creativity to persevere through obstacles We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and do not discriminate against any employee or applicant for employment because of race, color, sex, age, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity, status as a veteran, and basis of disability or any federal, state, or local protected class.
