Responsible for providing application development and support services to meet AIA's business needs

Roles and Responsibilities:

Development Management & Architecture:

• Technical solution design & review for related mobile applications especially IOS applications.
• Manage mobile application maintenance and functional development iteration,  Continuously improve user experience.
• Responsible for research & POC of mobile front-end technology, including hybrid framework design, new features of new generation device, evaluation of third-party technical services and reducing the technical risk of single platform dependence.
• In charge of new projects related to mobile applications and lead front-end applications implementation. Responsible for the management of  mobile development team(2-3 person).
• Developing Front-end Development Standards
• Study group policy, and communicate with group technical/security expert in technical solution review process
• Technical support and risk assessment for mobile applications cross departments.
• Code review and quality control for front APP

• Guide the development work of junior developer and vendor

Minimum Job Requirements:

• University Bachelor degree or above
• 5+ years of experience in iOS development
• 3+ years of experience in front-end development management
• Proficient with Objective-C or Swift
• Experience with iOS frameworks such as Core Data, Core Animation, etc.
• Experience with offline storage, threading, and performance tuning
• Familiarity with Apple’s Health Kit APIs
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs to connect iOS applications to back-end services
• Knowledge of other web technologies and UI/UX standards
• Understanding of Apple’s design principles and interface guidelines
• Experience in MVC/MVVM is preferred
• A strong and broad technical background;
• Proactive and a problem solver in a very fast moving industry or environment.
• Technically competent, creative, has initiative and able to work independently 
• Good team player and creative mind
• Seemly communication skills
