Job Title Senior Manager IT -Mergers and Acquisitions

What will you do:
The position has responsibility for strategic technical leadership within the M&A area as well as leading technical teams as part of high-profile M&A programs within the PSG IT M&A team. The leader in this position will work closely with internal IT & functional business groups to ensure that we meet technical needs for M&As and Divestitures and successful delivery of integration activities in the infrastructure, employee experience, architecture, etc.... Work closely with other IT functions such as PMO, applications, CIS infrastructure and cybersecurity teams. In addition to driving efficiency and effectiveness of PSG projects in support of business goals and objectives, as well as leverage continuous improvement tools to improve the system integration processes.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, engineering, or related field required;
Experience
Ten years of experience with information technology delivery for a life science regulated businesses required, specifically in supporting mergers and acquisitions. Five years of experience managing a staff required. Experience providing leadership in a matrixed environment preferred. Direct experience designing, delivering and managing global IT outsource services preferred.

- Experience in delivery of successful enterprise level IT programs
- Strong problem-solving skills

- Strong interpersonal and excellent documentation skills
- Advanced knowledge in creating and maintaining management level and detailed project plans
- Excellent customer service skills required
- Strong analytical skills required, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group, executives, managers, and subject matter experts
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills and time management skills
- Ability to lead and influence colleagues at all levels toward a strategic goal
- PMP or similar certification
- Up to 30% travel
