• Enabling projects by supporting commercial activity by leading the effort of solution design and deployment. This support is broken down into 5 categories;

  • RFID Site Survey - Candidate must have the capability to visit a site and determine what system components are needed to commit to the customer a successful pilot and roll out.

  • Read zone Development - Candidate must have a basic knowledge of possible read zone solutions and interface with internal and external partners to develop custom read zones when necessary.

  • System Design - Once the prospect visit is completed, the candidate must be able to describe the complete system needed and work with external or internal partners to provide a Project Proposal for the Customer on the System.

  • Integration and Install - Candidate must drive the integration and install from design to roll out for the hardware and software system. Knowledge and use of standard project management tools is essential along with being accessible to the prospect and all integration and design partners.

  • Team Development - using both internal and external partners the candidate must be adept at building project specific teams as well as long term team development for market Development efforts.

• Pre-sale Support - Candidate must have great presentation skills and be able to communicate

• Working knowledge of the RFID industry required.  

• At least 10 years of experience in Data Collection solution design and deployment.

• Working knowledge of automated labeling techniques and the partner ecosystem available 

• Detail oriented and project management skills a must.

• Strong influencing skills and ability to champion projects both cross functionally and vertically within the organization, ability to gain buy-in from senior-level executives.

• Have a solid understanding of finance and ROI analysis.

• Excellent interpersonal, written communications, and organizational skills.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field strongly preferred.
