Brazil Business Planning and Operation Manager

Scope
Responsible for an E2E execution since demand planning, going thru order
fulfillment, following factory output follow up, and controlling deliveries to
the customers.
We consider this position the interface between Sales Operation and Supply
Chain, translating Sales and customers' needs into execution and deliveries.
Main Responsibilities
• Manage Brazil demand planning process that includes planning the short and
long-term forecast demand. Ensure demand load to drive supply chain and
factory commitment.
• Work with Sales Operation to map the market in terms of stock in channel,
supply allocation, market share and competitors moves helping General Manager
to leverage the business.
• Give to Sales team full view of supply availability and allocation per
customer considering some KPIs as stock in channel, customer financial health,
seasonality and promotions.
• Manage all the CPFR – Collaborative Planning, Forecasting and Replenishment
activities with Customers, including Carriers and Retail partners.
• Manage the Order Fulfillment team in a E2E workflow. Following order
execution, factory planning and schedule with customers.
• Ensure continue processes improvements to best operate and leverage
Customers Satisfaction.
• Work with Product team to set up new products that would be coming in the
following periods making sure they will be ‘ready to go’ on the launch date.
• Work together with the factory to reduce liabilities over the process
considering demand planning chain and piece parts availability.
#### Position Requirements:
• Education: Business Administration or Engineering. MBA or further
specialization recommended.
• Languages: Fluent English, Spanish highly recommended.
• Specific: Telecom business and market knowledge, supply chain knowledge,
capacity to work with numbers and reports.
Experience:
o Experience of working in multinational companies.
o Previous experience related with Customer relationship, supply chain and
planning activities.
o Experience in Telecom industry is highly recommended but not mandatory.
o At least 8 years of experience in telecom business
