Job Description
Residing in the Customer Finance Organization, the Material Master/Pricing Administration Sr. Manager is responsible for overseeing the creation and maintenance of materials and pricing readiness for Imaging Equipment and Diagnostics Products and Customer Service Offerings: Ensure accurate and timely implementation of Imaging, Diagnostics and Service materials and pricing Establish a partnership with Equipment and Service Marketing Product Managers, Sales and Field Organizations Support Service Sales, Quote to Booking and Contract Administration Teams with respect to materials/pricing related to quoting and booking topics. Identify and implement productivity, process, and business improvements Engage with the business colleagues to proactively manage the implementation and rollout of equipment, reagent materials and services Manage the recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and mentoring process for new hires Give and receive feedback to produce high-quality work Champion an inclusive, healthy team environment that fosters trust and a sense of empowerment Develop the team: training / training documents / training delivery, improvement in our KPIs, digitalization skillsets, performance management Implement, manage, and analyze KPIs. KPIs will include (in order of priority): accuracy, customer experience, employee experience, productivity, and efficiency. Improve process performance through waste elimination & cycle time reduction Utilize Quality Framework by actively participating in Root Cause Analysis to drive process changes Manage Projects with a focus on change management and adoption of processes changes Drive digitalization efforts, artificial intelligence/machine learning supported solutions Required Knowledge/Skills and Experience Experience with digitalization, business process improvement, or similar functions. Demonstrated analytical skills, with ability to apply problem solving techniques, creativity, and critical thinking to drive continuous improvement Ability to evaluate and support implementation of new tools Proven ability to manage projects/tasks to ensure timely delivery with high quality results Strong interpersonal skills Ability to work with all levels of the organization Strong change management capability Self-motivated, highly collaborative, creative, goal and growth oriented, and team-centric Excellent written and verbal communication skill Collaborate across departments to identify and implement changes in process gaps Preferred Education: BS/BA in business or related fields preferred. *LI-WC1 Organization: Siemens Healthineers Company: Siemens Medical Solutions USA, Inc.
