Job Description
Position Description: The Sr. Manager Expert Programs will be responsible for tracking, reporting and coordinating implementation of expert programs, including specializations and certifications, ensuring reliable data for payment and compliance of all related channel incentive programs across all partner types in the North America market. This person will build a scalable framework for expert programs, inclusive of the training, incentive, and maintenance of the program structure. Cross-functional collaboration is a must, as this person will work closely with the training and enablement, marketing, communications, programs and category teams to bring effective and impactful certifications and specializations to life within the expert program structure. The Sr Manager Expert Programs will provide operational reports in support of expert programs. In this position, the Sr manager will manage multiple tasks and processes and must be able to effectively prioritize and produce accurate and timely results on a consistent basis. The candidate must be well organized with strong Microsoft Excel skills. Additionally, this person should have an understanding of the business, the programs and the relationship between the two. The Sr Manager will have responsibility to lead the expert program team and guide them to success through effective coaching and mentorship. Why Lenovo?
