1. Lead project to gain Operational E2E Leverage, Digital Utilization & Omni Environment. Such as service model development for Omni-channel and New format, E.g. Supermarket, Cloud and Depot

2. Lead business transformation initiatives and new way of working by implementing operations improvement strategies across all formats. Such as Fresh upstreaming, Processing center, new category centralization

3. Conduct research on business/technology/trends and best practices from domestic and other markets to support Perishable business transformation planning and execution. E.g. Automation

4. Provides and supports the implementation of business solutions by building relationships and partnerships with key stakeholders; identifying business needs; determining and carrying out necessary processes and practices; monitoring progress and results; recognizing and capitalizing on improvement opportunities; and adapting to competing demands, organizational changes, and new responsibilities.

5. Develop, optimize, and cultivate collaborative business partnerships across Supply Chain supporting functions (e.g. HR, finance, flow, etc.)

6. Clear articulation of project content and subsequent updates to Sr. leadership.

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree is required. MBA or Master of Logistics or Engineering will be preferable

2. Corporate or Divisional level of PMO experience. 5 years in Supply Chain related management positions, Logistics, Merchandising & Inventory management, etc. Experience of leading Change Management and innovation projects.

End to end Suppy Chain project management experience will be preferred

3. Proficient English in both written and verbal. Excellent communication and presentation skills to Sr. leadership. Highly motivated, with a positive & pro-active attitude to work, and willingness to make changes to improve operational efficiency through innovation on process and procedure, and adapting ideas and practices from the industry Logical & Systematic Approach to problem solving requirements. Good leadership, open to different voices, teamwork spirit and customer-centered. Ability to act rapidly and logically under pressure.

4. PMP is preferable.
