About Our Team: The Software & Solutions team is looking for enthusiastic individual to run the software renewals business.  The software renewal opening is an exciting leadership position that combines working with Development and administration of varies applications to support ISG Global Software business.  This is a global role and will require interface with ISR/ISSR, WW Geos Leads and Product Managers. Software renewals responsibilities include: • Defining business requirements for the applications that support the ISG SW business • Working with CDTO and IT representatives to plan, develop, test, and support applications • Request and manage change to the applications to keep pace with changes in the business and to correct problems. • Work with 3rd parties on inter-company integration of applications to drive productivity improvements and meet partner requirements • Train Interns, employees, partners on use of the applications • Support various trouble shooting and analysts needs as required • Conduct ongoing research on best practices for managing a SW business and lead changes to process and practices • Advise various teams on Software business management and how to take advantage of Lenovo capabilities #### Position Requirements: Basic Qualifications: • Bachelors degree • 7+ years experience software business operations • Business requirements definition • Excellent MS office skill with focus on MS advanced Excel, functions, formulas, and report • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Application development leadership.  Applications supported include:  Software Entitlement Management – this is a component of the Services CRM suite (LSCRM) and the source of Lenovo Customer Software Entitlements  Electronic Software Download – this is a component of Lenovo Service Connect in which some software is downloaded by the customer from Lenovo  LSCS – Lenovo Services Contracting System is the SW renewal ordering system. It is used by Lenovo and BP sales teams to identify renewal opportunities based on expire dates, create quotes for renewals, and process orders Preferred Qualifications: • Prior experience with software renewals • Prior experience working with global teams Why Lenovo?
