Job Description

JOB PURPOSE   

This role will be based in Shanghai, be responsible for innovation portfolio management, innovation governance management ,cooperate level innovation strategy development , top down execution design, innovation internal/external training:

Innovation portfolio and governance management:

  • Lead and organize innovation committee meeting, bi-monthly innovation meeting and innovation solution 1:1 review meeting
  • Track the innovation solution landing performance and deliver performance report bi-monthly
  • Manage and update the innovation solution checklist bi-monthly
  • Manage and update the innovation toolkit/Framework to support and lead BU move fast forward

Cooperate level innovation strategy developing:

  • Develop AZ commercial innovation strategy based on cross BU innovation highlight and experience
  • Lead cross BU allocate TA innovation strategy
  • Coordinate CCiC team sub groups to contribute and accelerate strategy down to earth
  • VC angle judgment on new solution/product/technical 

Innovation Training:

  • Collaborate with business school to develop AZ commercial innovation business case for training
  • Design and organize internal innovation pioneers training on innovation methodology and business case
  • Organize innovation TTT to develop AZ innovation mentors from cross TA
  • Form external innovation mentor group for training
  • Design and organize innovation training to ecosystem partners   

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITES   

Innovation portfolio and governance management(30%)

Develop meaningful agenda and ensure the presence of all key stakeholders

Ensure the follow-up of the meetings

Constantly improve the meeting organization quality  

Cooperate level innovation strategy developing(40%)

Fully understand the AZ innovation strategy, CCIC strategy and plan

Able to develop the content/material in a professional format and wording

Allocate to cross BU to make progress

Make clear working mechanism with CCiC team to ensure every role in-line with high level strategy      

Innovation Training(30%)

At least 2 AZ commercial innovation business case for training per year

Develop internal innovation 10 mentors from cross TA

Form external innovation mentor group for training

2 innovation trainings to ecosystem partners per year

Job Requirements   工 作 要 求

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant fields or equivalent qualification 2-3 years in a similar or related role with a proven track record Ability to fully understand innovation solutions and innovation strategy to develop presentation deck and other materials Proven ability to schedule and coordinate executive-level meetings to achieve desirable outcome Proven ability to communicate across teams and manage different stakeholders Event execution and event timeline management skills Strategic thinking and planning Project management experience and skills Excellent presentation and writing skills Strong cross team communication, influencing and relationship building capability High learning agility and analytical capability
