JOB DESCRIPTION

Considered an expert in Talent Development Area. Responsible for developing, implementing and delivering Talent & Leadership Development, Technical Training strategies  in partnership with the HRBPs, Country Talent Development COE and Business Leaders

Work closely with the Country T&D COE to drive Talent Strategy for the Business Area

  • You will interpret the strategic workforce plan and create strong Build Plan looking at short, medium and longer term business needs – identifying key Capabilities for future and having robust market development plan aligned to the same.

  • Deliver on BCR Succession Development RoadMap, Capability Development priorities for the Business Area

  • Partner with SET Leadership on building and nurturing a culture of lifelong learning in the market.

  • Subject Matter Expert in consulting and coaching manager on Nurturing a Culture of Feedforward and coaching within the market.

  • Subject Matter Expert and adept Facilitator in delivering Leadership, Soft skills and Technical Training.

ACCOUNTABILITY

  • Responsible for the country Talent Development strategy, including translating the workforce plan into a Talent Build Strategy (2-5 year time horizon).

    • Identifies critical success factors from a Talent Development & Capability Building perspective and formulates strategy.

    • Leverage Global T&D Offerings and Curate Local Talent Development Programs targeted at BCR Talent Pipeline

    • Talent Assessment & Identification framework to identify and accelerate early talent

    • Sets standards for Market Talent Practices  through benchmarking/best practices

    • Capability Building Framework for Leadership Development and Learning for Life Culture

  • Managing third party providers to required procurement and policy standards.

  • Responsible for managing business area budget for Talent Development

  • Responsible for Data & Analytics for the function and monitoring talent Development Dashboard and metrices for business area

Education, Qualifications, Skills and Experience

  • 10 years experience in L&D domain

  • Deep expertise in Leadership Development, OD and Talent , Skill Assessments

  • Strategic and innovative thinking: Ability to diagnose, design and deliver talent interventions and, more broadly, people plans based on business need, leading practice and judgement

  • Talent development mindset: Ability to identify potential, accelerate development of critical capabilities through targeted interventions and mobilize talent across the readiness spectrum for the benefit of growth and development

  • Stakeholder management: Able to express complex ideas and strategies in clear and compelling ways to multiple stakeholder groups leveraging data and business insights

Desirable

  • Experience in Technology Domain

  • Credentials from reputed institutes  in Talent Assessment / Coaching & leadership Development Domain
