In this role, you have the opportunity to

drive and manage the ‘CTO Ventures’ operations and be the prime interface between ‘CTO Ventures’ and the enabling functions for managing operations, planning and development of the Ventures Capability Platform (VCP). You will be the driving force between the ventures and the rest of the organization.

You are responsible for

  • Management support and stakeholder management in I2M, M2O and O2C activities

  • Stakeholder management of enabling functions like IT, Procurement, Legal, Quality, Regulatory, Brand & Communications, Design, HR, etc.

  • Manage QMS & BMS processes and roadmap and supporting compliance in Quality, Safety and Security for the ventures

  • Overall planning of operational activities, resources, budgets and operations

  • Manage, prepare and chair the monthly Venture Capability Platform board

  • Executive management reporting on CTO Ventures’ activities and status

  • Manage VCP tooling, architecture and design and leverage the of VCP concept beyond CTO and across global Innovation Hubs

  • Act as delegate for CTO Ventures responsible executive for PDLM gate review / decisions, DPIA, PSRA

  • Drive new business model support and implementation required by the ventures

  • Prepare/manage/follow-up with Q&R periodic internal and external audits

  • Competence Management for ‘CTO Ventures’ team

You are a part of

the team within the Innovation Hub Eindhoven that creates optimal conditions for breakthrough innovation to succeed. The team is essential to allow our internal CTO ventures to concentrate on their core business and support their market entry and growth in a most efficient way.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

  • MSc degree in business administration or equivalent

  • At least 10 years of industry experience, preferably in a regulated industry

  • Entrepreneurial spirit with team player and leadership skills

  • Project management experience, professional attitude to remove impediments and drive solutions for the ventures

  • Experience with Quality Assurance & control methodologies

  • Ability to work on issues of diverse scope and outcome

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
