About this opportunity

As Sr. Sales Country Leader, you will be responsible to lead the commercial development of iTero Scanner in France. You will be responsible for coordinating commercial activities in France with the primary objective being to achieve Operational Plan in line with company and country strategic objectives through the ongoing development of their team, alignment with French Channel General Managers and engagement with 3rd parties (distributors, partners). You will develop a team of iTero sales experts who can support direct and indirect channels with iTero sales activities and provide extensive support and development via one-to-one coaching and demo visits, one-to-one business reviews and ongoing personal development. You will work closely with the French Marketing Director and channel General Managers to align on the country iTero commercial strategy and its execution.

 

In this role, you will…

  • Ensure  achievement of quarterly and yearly regional sales targets  by defining and coordinating  go to market (direct/indirect/labs/inside sales, in collaboration with GMs and marketing director). 
  • Coach and develop direct sales team (Sales and product specialists)
  • Drive 3rd parties identification and local support (in collaboration with EMEA indirect channel team).
  • Provide inputs into training in product knowledge, capital equipment selling skills, and territory management (in collaboration with the sales force effectiveness team). 
  • Contribute to country and EMEA Regional prioritization, strategy and roadmap. 
  • Collaborate with GMs and marketing director on go-to-market definition and execution and resource allocation. 
  • Provide market & competitive insight.


In this role, you’ll need …

  • Strong analytical and business planning skills. 
  • Demonstrated leadership and influencing skills and ability to work effectively in matrix organisation
  • Experience in managing third parties’ sales. 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to diverse customer audiences, in French and English. Strong capabilities to interface effectively with all customer types.
  • Exhibit a high degree of flexibility in adapting in a rapidly changing environment. 
  • +12 years of professional sales management or comparable experience from a medical device company offering capital equipment
  • Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent experience required.
