WHAT WE OFFER

Major tasks and responsibilities of position

1. Provide accurate forecast to related parties and also fill into SAP

2. Price maintains of flexible foam related products in time

3. Collect and prepare sales data, market information from Vadavo, sales team or media report for Head of FF business decision

4. Manage and track daily/monthly allocation to max. our profit

5. Manage DSO and Overdue to secure a reliable cash flow by weekly overdue report and push related sales

6.Rebate management including proposal, agreement signature co-ordination, achievement tracking and payments.

7. Manage allocation to warehouse and South China tank to keep our business reliability

8. Manage aging stock and push sales to clear

Value added to the success of the company

Support China FF business ambitious growth and help team make right decision by provide high quality on time sales and marketing report, increase customers satisfaction by good service(speed up internal process) to customers eg rebate agreement, fast price maintenance.

Work relations:

Customers, Co-head, Cluster head, Sales, IM, AD, Business support, RPM, SCC, FA, Legal

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor degree with major in business administration, economics or marketing related

2. At least 6 years relevant experience in providing marketing, sales and administrative support.

3. Very good communication and co-ordination skills

4. Strong teamwork, analytical and problem-solving skills

5. Fluent English and Mandarin(written and spoken)

6. Polyurethane experience preferred

Key figures(operating budget, turnover, volume, project cost, ect.)

FF China sales turnover: USD608 million, volume mare than168 Kt including T80, TDI blend, Slab polyol and special polyol.
