The Invisalign brand is looking for a passionate, professional marketer who thrives on building brands that professionals and consumers love. We are looking for a marketing maven who is excited about creating strategies that will drive the usage of Invisalign clear aligners with general dentists in North America.  

The ideal candidate is a marketer who is passionate about developing end-to-end commercialization, go-to-market strategies.  These strategies encompass omni-channel marketing including digital, print, field sales and customer events.  He/she must demonstrate an ability to work through a matrixed environment, as s/he will have to influence stakeholders across the consumer, professional, IT and sales teams. S/he must have the ability to analyze data, derive insights from the data, and be able to create go-to-market plans from the uncovered insight and drive results.  This candidate has to take initiative, execute with excellence, be detailed oriented and at the same time operate with a passion to continuously test and learn as a core framework to better understand consumer behavior.

In this role, you will…

  • Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple customer touch points
     
  • Understand the dental professional as a consumer, the professional behavior, and key barriers to adoption and be able to effectively incorporate insights into the development of an online user experience to drive onsite conversion.
     
  • Create event strategies to pull through channel marketing, sales, and product strategies. Lead a team to drive execution of events.

  • Responsible for developing internal and external campaigns, content strategies, and customer journeys.

  • Oversee website analytics, user insights, and content (imagery, written and video) designed to drive lead conversion.  Build metrics, KPIs and analyze results to improve campaign performance.

  • Owns new provider acquisition and conversion strategies to onboard new doctors as Invisalign providers.

  • Lead continuous A/B testing and predictive marketing techniques to drive conversion.

  • Collaborate closely with our design agency and internal teams to deliver the appropriate content at the proper time to maximize conversions and increase utilization.

  • Develop and execute campaign strategies in both print and digital.

  • Lead cross- functional teams and collaborate closely with internal and external partners, including agencies.

  • Have depth of knowledge leading effective B2B digital strategies with marketing automation and digital media.

  • Keep abreast of relevant social media sites, industry digital media, web technologies, and digital marketing trends; implement these new technologies in developing campaigns and update current campaigns to include new information

  • Experience in building the campaign strategy to launch new products/brands into market

  • Work closely with company’s internal and external agencies as well as contractors to drive asset development.

  • Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)

  • Experience driving brand and messaging across key customer events and tradeshows.

  • Ability to lead and develop high performing teams.

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Comply with all safety policies, practices and procedures. Report all unsafe activities to supervisor and/or Human Resources.
  • Participate in proactive team efforts to achieve departmental and company goals.
  • Perform other duties as assigned
  • Responsible for the strategy and development of key customer events and tier 1 tradeshows.
