• Gather customer insights, develop customer segmentation/targeting and journey mapping for automotive aftermarket, especially retail channel 

• Align with business strategy, develop marketing and branding strategies along with key activation activities,, including channel programs and social media platform for better ROI of marketing investment and customer intimacy

• Develop marketing intelligence skills and competencies and industry knowledge by leveraging internal and external resources

• Designs and coordinates market research studies, interprets information by identifying marketing trends and competition landscape

• Optimize product and marketing contents to align with portfolio strategy and value proposition for better customer education and acquisition

• Actively work with PM and Marcom team to execute relevant strategies

• Coordinate and support on internal marketing projects as needed

• University degree or above, Marketing, business, trade related Major

• 5+ years working experience in marketing, branding, marketing intelligence related

• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills

• Good project management and communication skills

• Excellent written, verbal communication and presentation skills in English 

• Experience in MS Office programs – Word, Excel and PowerPoint

• Prior experience in automotive aftermarket is preferred

• Knowledge in social media is an advantage

• Willing to travel on requirement
